About Me
I am here for you first and foremost. I want to highlight the benefits and value I provide. I am a Broker and Realtor and as a trained professional I possess considerable knowledge of the real estate market and can help you make informed decisionsI graduated from the University of North Carolina, at Chapel Hill in Pre-Law. I hope to guide you through the entire process of selling or buying a home, from advertising your home for sale to helping buyers search for properties.
Most important, negotiating your contracts and handling the paperwork such that buyers and sellers are title validated as the owners or sellers of the property is part of my process. I also have access to a wide range of listings, including exclusive properties that may not be readily available to the public. My expertise in pricing and market trends can assist you in securing the best deals and ensuring a fair transaction.
Why would you have me negotiate your contract? I have extensive experience in healthcare negotiations for large hospitals and laboratory organizations to secure fair relations and financial arrangements with Insurance Institutions, before entering a real estate career in 2005.
As a Realtor and Broker, I can offer valuable insights and advice based on my experience, helping sellers and buyers, navigate potential pitfalls and avoid costly mistakes. I can provide guidance on factors such as location, property condition, inspections, repairs, and investment potential. I will also supply you with a group of lenders to determine where you might find favorable terms and conditions, after meeting with them. I am at your service and can point you to the proper advisory to feel confident in your decisions.
As your Buyer's Representative, we can make the process of house hunting much easier and more efficient than if you did it all yourself. We can help you get financing, guide you to local neighborhoods, help you determine your budget, and prioritize a list of essential features that you need in your next home. We'll save you valuable time by finding the properties that best suit your requirements, and will show you only the most promising ones.
Once you've found a place that catches your eye, we'll look at comparable properties in the area to help determine a purchase offer. Then assist you through the entire process.
